We use magnesium chloride in our cream as it absorbs quickly through the skin, providing relief without the digestive side effects associated with oral magnesium supplements.
Our formulation brings in the same skin loving, luxurious ingredients that we use in all of our products, like macadamia nut oil and mango butter, along with vitamin E, aloe vera and jojoba oil. All of these ingredients also help with dry skin and moisturizing benefits.
This cream is without any additional scent. However, if you would like us to add any additional essential oils, like lavender, let us know. We are able to customize that for you.

How to use Magnesium Cream: just like any other body butter or lotion, apply to the area of your body that needs soothing. You may feel a slight tingle due to the magnesium. That is normal. However, if the tingling is intense or persists, wash the applied area thoroughly with soap and water and discontinue use of the magnesium cream.
For rest and sleep aid, apply the cream to the bottom of your feet and allow absorption before sleep.
