Refund policy

Not happy with something? No problem.

• You can return any eligible item within 14 days from the date the package was delivered.
• Return shipping and handling fees are FREE when you submit a return request on Shoptiques.com if you choose to receive your refund as Shoptiques.com credit.
• If you choose to receive your refund to your original payment method, the $6 will be deducted per return shipment from your refund amount. 
• Returned Items must be in the original condition as when purchased. All tags must be attached. Shoes must be in the original box.
• If returning a gift, you can choose to receive Shoptiques.com credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return was a result of our error
• Underwear & Swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Please remember, everything sold on our website is sold by a small boutique. We ask that you be mindful of ordering and returning since returns are hard for our boutiques! 
• All Shoes must be returned in the original shipping package. If the shoe box is used as the return box, your return may be rejected.
