The peppery flavor of the wild bergamot brings the ever so slight savory finish to this bright sweet dressing. Mix it up with all your favorite leafy greens, fruits and nuts and then experiment with different jams! Serving Size: 4 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt (Cabot) 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp poppy seeds 1/2 tsp salt 1.5 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Raspberry with Wild Bergamot Jam INSTRUCTIONS 1 Place all ingredients into a mason jar, screw on lid and shake until fully combined 2 Assemble salad with all your favorite fixings - we chose peppery arugula, fresh berries and crushed walnuts 3 Pour dressing over salad and Enjoy!
