This scarf was handknitted in Indiana. We work with a team of knitters and crochet artists across the globe. It has some slight stretch to it and is designed to keep you warm. The design can be double wrapped over your neck or even knotted at the front. It is definitely designed to keep you warm. This scarf would be perfect for the festive season and all through winter. The scarf is blue and white and can be worn by men or women.
