This skirt was handcrafted in Hamilton County, Indiana. It has some stretch to it and would be perfect for a dressy affair. Pair it with a strappy or strapless number. If you pair it with a strapless number, wear a statement necklace with it. Turn heads as often as you can because you are truly a masterpiece and deserve to be celebrated. These are the measurements: The waist stretches from 24" to 30". The hip area stretches from 32" to 42". The skirt is 43" long in the back and 23" in the front.
