EASY RETURNS:

Due to the custom and handmade nature of the products normal wear and tear will happen and we will not replace a piece of jewelry in this instance. HANDLING & DELIVERY:

Orders are all made to order which means standard production time varies from 1-4 weeks, dependent upon qty. If item is already in stock it will ship within 1- 2 business days. If the item is being shipped to USA, you will receive the delivery confirmation number by email. All fragile items are packaged for safe shipping.
