This bold watercolor blouse features an open neck to a collar, 3/4 sleeves with contrast folded cuff, a gathered smocking front & back, double welt front pockets with contrast border and a relaxed blousy style. Made from lightweight crepe fabric in a bold watercolor print with contrast black & ivory abstract print. Great with black pants or jeans!
