This is a handmade cobalt blue off-shoulder smocked maxi dress with multicolor hand-embroidered Otomi daisy flowers, birds, and botanical motifs along the full hem border, with scattered feather motifs on the skirt. It was handmade in Hidalgo, Mexico and would be perfect for all your summer and fall adventures. Pair it with sandals, block or strappy heels and make heads turn. The bust area stretches and this dress does have pockets. These are the measurements: the bust stretches from 14" to 19". The shoulders stretch from 16" to 30". The sleeves are 12" long and the upper arm area is 22" all around. The elastic end stretches from 10" to 16" all around. The dress is 48" long from the top of the bust area to the bottom hem. The waist area stretches from 28" to 36". The hips are 48" and the bottom of the dress is 84" all around. The shoulder to the top of the bust is 5" long.
