Wear it multiple ways: 

1. Long shoulder bag as is.
2. Crossbody bag: Flip ​the top flap onto the side with the exterior pocket.
3. Short handle bag: From ​the Crossbody bag, pull the strap handle inside the top opening. ​Continue pulling the strap until it is the same length as the original crossbody strap. This creates the shoulder bag silhouette. 
4. Clutch: Simply fold the strap inside the bag.
