The Tatiana dress with bow tie at center front.  Unique fitted bust with swooping waistline.  

Just above knee length 3 paneled skirt and most definitely made for twirling.  Below the knee length.  Quality made in the USA ykk invisible nylon zipper.  Big side seam, self lined pockets.  

Made from vintage / deadstock super soft light brown peach skin fabric with lack abstract dots.
