This top is soft to the touch and covered in frills. It is easy to pair with various bottoms and accessories. It can be worn as is or paired with a high waist belt to create a peplum look. This top will make a statement. Make it yours today. Measurements: 27 1/2" long as measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. The bust stretches from 24" to 38". The top is lightly layered. Sleeves stretch from 16" to 24" all around the arm. Arms are 13 - 16" in length as measured from the neck to the bottom hem of the sleeve. The neckline is 10" wide. The v neck is 5" as measured from the neck area. The waist and hips stretch from 44" to 50".
