These pants are a high rise and have a 26 inch inseam. They have such a fun look with the floral embroidered flare at the bottom. 

66% Cotton, 30% Polyester, 3% Viscose, 1% Elastane. Machine wash in cold water, seprately inside out and hang to dry.
