This light weight top can be worn on or off the shoulder for two totally different looks. It has a 3/4 sleeve with elastic finish and is made of 100% cotton for those of us that love that cotton feel in the summer. Great arm coverage with out being too hot. Goes well with white, beige or any shade of blue or denim.
