The top is a gorgeous lace detail with rhinestones scattered throughout to add a touch of sparkle, the skirt is a velour or velvet fabric which is nice and soft to wear. It has 2 hook and eyes on the top to close it and the skirt is a zipper, the skirt even has pockets in it!! This would be perfect for all occasions!
